Learning & Development (L&D) Team operates with the Lupin philosophy of nurturing people and enabling performance. The vision of Learning & Development is 'To build people capability for creating and accelerating growth'.

Learning is a continuous process. We have established touch points throughout our employee’s life cycle across levels and business verticals, to cater to it. The mission statement of L&D team reads ’To create business impact with everything we do’. Therefore, we work with a clear and defined learning agenda with integrated business goals, set to align development activities across levels, locations and functions. The aim is to groom young talent into leaders of tomorrow.

We emphasize heavily on uniform orientation of new joiners across levels, functions and businesses through our award winning Central Induction Program called ‘Udbhav’ meaning ‘Rise & Shine’. Followed by the induction, is our ‘Buddy’ program wherein a new joiner is supported for enabling them to settle well and start contributing faster to the organization.


We provide focused developmental inputs for grooming our front-line supervisors across Manufacturing, Research and Sales functions to create the right foundation in the first step of their journey towards leadership.


Whether you are a first time Manager or a lateral hire, we have the right programs in place to enable a strong middle management within the organization. Senior leaders invest themselves in mentoring new managers to help them transition smoothly into their managerial roles through a structured coaching/mentoring input.
