Claus Jepsen leads the Global Specialty business at Lupin, with over 30 years of rich experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He specializes in commercial strategy, portfolio management, and launch planning across various geographies globally.

Prior to Lupin, Claus was with Takeda Pharmaceuticals and GSK, where he was responsible for strategy for Rare Diseases, managing franchises in Respiratory and Neurology, and overseeing the launch of major brands.

Claus holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark and has pursued further education at IMD in Switzerland and Wharton Business School in Philadelphia.
