Dr. Sofia Mumtaz

President – Legal

Dr. Sofia joined Lupin 20 years ago and today manages Lupin’s Legal and Compliance functions globally and oversees business in Canada, Japan and Australia.

Prior to joining Lupin, she worked at Ranbaxy and was an Assistant Professor at the University of Delhi. She is a board member and past Chair of the CII-US India Business Forum.

She has a doctorate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Delhi and a management degree from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
