Minaksi Bhatt

Senior Vice President – Global Intellectual Property

Minaksi is responsible for Lupin’s global patent strategy, litigation, and prosecution.

Before joining Lupin, Minaksi was global head of patent litigation at Viatris, a partner at Rothwell Figg, and a trial attorney at the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.

Minaksi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Wellesley College and a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
