KYC Update for Physical Shareholders

SEBI, vide its various circulars, has mandated the holders of physical securities to furnish PAN, contact details (postal address with PIN and mobile number), bank account details and specimen signature for their corresponding folio numbers.

Shareholders holding physical shares are requested to submit the aforesaid KYC details to the RTA of the Company i.e., MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited).

To update your records, you are requested to send the duly signed documents, along with the related proofs listed in the forms to the RTA of the Company.
